I have been told by many people in the last few weeks that I am rather hilarious or that I should do stand up comedy. This is of course ridiculous, I’m far to anxiety prone to make it into a crowded coffee house, much less onto it’s stage.

Also? Me? Not amusing at all.

But it got me thinking about how I use humor to make light of the things that like to twist me up inside, as so many comedians do, and how maybe those things would help enable others to laugh at those subtle knives too.

So begins Vim and Vinegar. Because I need my soapbox.
